We have been working with builders and councils for a long time. We often stay on site after house demolitions to get straight into the site cut. It is the most efficient and cost-effective way to get it done!

At your end, you have to abolish the existing services – gas, electricity (maybe water) before we are permitted (by the building surveyor) to start.

Most importantly we get formal permission from the local council before we can get a building permit for your demolition work . More paperwork is then required when the job is complete.
But it's easy when you are used to it!

As required by building laws, we are obliged to enter into a building contract if the demolition work value exceeds $10,000 and can only take a small deposit before we start.
